A classic Merle Armitage production on the artist, Russell Cowles (1887-1979). Produced in an edition of 1,000 copies, this is #252 and signed by both Cowles and Bear on the colophon. Also inscribed by Bear, "Howe/from/D. Bear" in pencil on the first first free endpaper.
