Front pastedown gutter has torn, but still tight to text block. Interior clean with slight darkening of paper from age. Photographs illustrate some of the projects, with early water staining. Very Good.
A significant report in that it contains 20 page report (pp. 51-71) by Frederick Law Olmsted outlining the city's progress in planning for open space, public usage, and improvements. A large onionskin folding map shows the greater Boston areas, bay islands, and is keyed to parts of the report. A large folded map is laid in that details the Back Bay Fens in a plan provided by Frederick Law Olsmsted Associates; small tears at corner folds.
