Julius Shulman (1910-2009) was a legend in the field of photography and the world of architecture. His photography of what we now refer to as Mid-Century Modern Architecture that took hold in the United States helped build a movement that celebrated clean lines and views of the world from within and just as stunning views of the building looking in. During his active years, between 1936 and 2009, it is likely that Shulman reached more individual viewers than any other. This production lives up to his work. Spread over three volumes covering the years 1939-1958, 1958-1964, and 1964-1981 short essays on Shulman and his work.
