London: [c. 1931]. Hardcover. As. 48 pp. 4to. Textile covered boards with a zig-zag pattern, color printed paper label with losses at base, creasing, boards have general wear overall. Second free endpaper has had the upper 1/3 removed, which has caused a dark portion along the top of the title page. Interior has light spotting throughout. Good.
An interesting promotional piece for The Dorchester, a luxury hotel in London that opened in 1931. Design is very Art Moderne.
