New York, NY: E.P. Dutton & Co., Inc., 1920. Hard Cover. First Edition. Second Printing, February 1929. xi, 240 pp. 8vo. Dust jacket has small chips and tears at edges, minor darkening, now in mylar cover. Tan cloth cover with black titling which is clean and crips. Interior very clean, deckled edge.
Very few in dust jackets have survived. The sharpness of the exterior cloth and titling is owed to this sturdy dust jacket. A rare and exceptional copy of a book from the latter part of Houdini's life when his primary concern was disproving mediums and spiritualists. Very Good / Very Good.
